This website does not store enquiries. The booking and contact forms compose a message that you send from your own email app or WhatsApp, so the information reaches us directly through those services.
When you contact us we receive whatever you choose to send: typically your name, contact details and travel dates.
How we use it
We use your details only to answer your enquiry, confirm a booking and communicate about your stay.
We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.
Bookings made through platforms
If you book through Booking.com or Airbnb, those platforms handle your data under their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to groupolen@gmail.com.
